Our Lead Esthetician + your go-to for Chemical Peels & Microneedling.

Charlie’s journey into medical aesthetics started while working for a plastic surgeon in college, where she fell in love with how innovative and creative this industry truly is. After working closely with an esthetician who transformed her own skin (and taught her everything she knows), Charlie became a true believer in the science + artistry behind skincare, and never looked back.

A Scottsdale native (yes, really!), Charlie brings a deep understanding of an industry this city helped shape. Her approach is intentional, detailed, and results-driven. She wants every client to feel hopeful, confident, and fully supported every step of the process.

Her goal? For you to walk in knowing there is a solution, and walk out believing in the journey to get there.
