As we begin these final days before Christmas, remember that you are not alone. The holiday season can be especially difficult for many, and struggles are often carried in silence.

Taking time to reach out, check in, or simply sit with someone can be a powerful act of love. And if you are the one who is hurting, know that asking for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. This message is brought to you by Samaritan Psychiatry and Wellness , reminding you that your mental health matters and help is always within reach.
