Good morning my peeps! Now that the time has changed don't forget to take vitamin D3 with,(and this is important) Vitamin K-2/Mk-7 form. They should be taken together to prevent excess calcium staying in the blood stream. Taken this way you can safely take 10,000iu a day of vitamin D without any problem. Have a great day!

Good morning everyone! Had breakfast yet? Here are some reasons you might want to consider postponing that a bit. Our first meal of the day begins the crucial task of digestion and starts are body working on whatever you just ate. There are many benefits to delaying that process. When you wait more than 14 hours to eat, (and at 16 hours this effect is even more pronounced) your body has a chance to enter a fasted state called autophagy. Now assuming you slept the night before 8 hours of your fast is sleeping. That means your waking fast only needs to be 6 to 8 hours.
This is known as intermittent fasting and has become more popular recently. Autophagy helps our bodies to detoxify, reduce inflammation, heal cellular damage and so much more. It is commonly combined with the Ketogenic diet but can be practiced outside of Keto. It also gives your body a break from the constant insulin "roller coaster" that frequent eating creates. Good morning folks! If you are taking extra vitamin D these days as many of us are don't forget to add vitamin K-2 to it! Make sure it's the MK-7 form for best bioavailability. It's VERY important because K-2 helps keep vitamin D from binding up calcium in your arteries! Definitely not where you want it! Vitamin D aids in calcium absorption as well as helping immune function. However without K-2 it can increase calcium plaque in the arteries. I would take about 100mcg for every 10,000 or so IU of vitamin D. And yes, it's safe to take that much Vitamin D per day. Make sure you take D with food that has some fat in it if possible.👍😊
