I had the pleasure of working with recently to clear a home she listed. Together we manifested the price of the offer, buyer and time frame. Guys we got the offer within 24 hours of clearing this space! I specifically spent time releasing what no longer served the home and focused on brining in the perfect buyer!

Double sleep overs and yoga session this morning for the tweens.

It’s never too early to start teaching our children about yoga, meditation and getting grounded. All of the elements of the earth guide us gently and bring so much peace to the kids. Lessons we all need.

Yoga has truly saved me over and over again since I started over 20 years ago. Today I was super grumpy, hot and irritated. I could feel that yucky feeling creeping in and stopped everything I was doing and practiced a 27 minute yoga class. My mood completely shifted and I could feel the irritation leave my body. Yoga can be as simple as a mood shift or as brilliant as connecting with God. It’s allowed me to find self love, peace and contentment. To all of my guru’s my deepest gratitude for guiding me through loss, death, divorce, depression as well as love and joy. I will always be grateful that our paths crossed and your inspiration is in my soul for eternity
