One pan, simple ingredients, and on the table fast. This cozy sloppy joe recipe is always a win in our house.
Recipe ⬇️
• 1 lb 90% lean ground beef
• 1 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1½ cans reduced-sodium tomato soup (not diluted)
• 6 whole-wheat hamburger buns
Directions:
Brown the ground beef with pepper and onion in a nonstick pan (7–10 min). Drain, return to pan, stir in tomato soup, and simmer 10 minutes. Spoon about ⅔ cup onto each bun and serve warm.
