This is definitely an area I need to work on more. When is it appropriate to share your struggles? How long does it take to chase people away? I know I have had to separate myself from people who were negative all the time. I feel blessed! I have an abundance of caring and loving friends and family, a safe and cozy home, and amazing animals!

Amazing, I used peppermint oil on a client's neck and shoulders to release tension and a headache. Later that day my stomach was nausea and upset so I used a drop of peppermint in my water. I felt great by the time I finished the bottle of water. Young Living oils are great for so many things and are all natural!
