We always say it’s the people that make the place, and this semester, that couldn’t have been more true. Over 60 passionate students from 9 different majors came together, each giving at least an hour a week, to design and adapt ride-on cars for 9 incredible local children with mobility challenges.

These cars were built by students who believe in making a difference, who believe every child deserves the freedom to move, to explore, and to play. They weren’t just built with tools, but with thought, creativity, and love. 🏎️💨

This is community. This is compassion. This is cura personalis in action. 💜

Go Baby Go Community Day is right around the corner! 🏁🚗💨

Revving up his engine is 10-year-old Kase! Kase loves Let’s Go Luna from PBS Kids, letters & numbers 🔤🔢, and bright colors, especially red! ❤️ He’s ready to show off his need for speed!

Next in the lineup is 2-year-old Evie! She’s all about Sesame Street and the color pink! 💕 This little princess is ready to be zooming in style with her custom ride that’s as cute and bright as she is!

Last but not least… our final speedy star… introducing 4-year-old Xavier! He’s a huge fan of trains, monster trucks, Hot Wheels, and Lightning McQueen! 🚂🔥 When he’s not racing, he’s dancing to music and jumping around, so you know this ride is built for fun! 🎶

Join us for a day full of joy, inclusion, and motion at Go Baby Go Community Day happening this Sunday, May 4 from 12–4 PM in the Byron Center!
