NO ART EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; however, support is available. Feel free to bring any of your favorite art materials, if you like.

Sathu Jois, the daughter of Manju P Jois, is coming to Heartspace Yoga & Meditation !!! We are organizing her trip now and have confirmed the dates October 28, 29, 30 she will be teaching traditional Mysore classes with pranayama and chanting at 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM (total 6 classes) - This is an incredible opportunity to meet Sathu Jois and take classes with her. Tea will be provided after each class. More details will be up on Heartspace Yoga & Meditation 's website and Sathu's website very soon! We are cooperating with Yoga West, LLC for this event! Please let me know and I would suggest getting your spots as soon as you can. (for now we are going to hold classes at Heartspace, but may move to a larger space). Pricing is 30 per class, 3 for 80 and 6 for 150.

Yoga West would like to welcome Tom Hoppel to our space and our schedule.

Tom teaches Grace Yoga which is based on the first and second series of Ashtanga yoga, with a bit of Kundalini.

He founded/taught at Yogasanas in Budapest, Hungary for 12 years.

Tom has studied directly with Sri Pattabhi (the founder of Ashtanga Yoga), Sharath, Saraswati, Sharmila and Sathu Jois extensively. He considers Manju Jois (Founder's Son) his primary teacher and is grateful for over 15 years of study with him.

Tom has spent over two years living in Mysore and Tiruvannamalai, India. He is a devotee of Sri Ramana Maharshi in addition to a practitioner of Ashtanga.

Recently, Tom was listed as a recognized, authorized and trusted teacher by Manju and Sathu Jois. He is honored to be authorized to teach in their lineage.

Tom also has several teaching certificates and is certified to teach asana, pranayama, mudras and philosophy by great Indian masters.

We are thrilled to have this opportunity to learn and practice with Tom at Yoga West. Come check out his class, Grace Yoga, Wednesday nights at 5pm beginning June 11th. ❤🙏
