Your body holds the key to healing. Join Kelly Corazzi to reconnect.

Somatic Reset: Regulate • Release • Reconnect is a 6-week trauma-informed yoga series designed to support nervous system healing and emotional balance.

In today’s fast-paced world many of us live in a constant state of stress or survival mode. This series uses somatic yoga, breathwork, and gentle nervous system practices to help the body shift into a state of safety, regulation, and creativity.

Over six weeks we will explore practices that help:

• regulate the central nervous system

• release stored emotional tension

• improve body awareness and self-trust

• reduce anxiety and overwhelm

• restore creativity and inner flow

Each class offers slow, accessible movement, grounding breathwork, and restorative integration.

This series is open to all levels and is especially supportive for those navigating stress, grief, recovery, or emotional burnout.

When: Saturday May 9th - Saturday June 13th from 3pm - 4:30 pm

$150 early Bird rate before April 25th, $175 after

Yin yoga is a non striving and non goal oriented practice. It takes its foundations from Taoist principles and Chinese medicine.

The practice of Yin helps to quiet the mind and open the deep tissues of your body.

Yin is an essential compliment the to the more active (yang) Hatha/Vinyasa yoga practice. Yin postures are ground oriented poses and are held for about 3 - 5 minutes to allow for optimal time to “sink” in.
Come and experience how the Yin shapes (asanas) affect your Qi (prana) and the deeper yin tissues (bones & ligaments) of your body. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
