Join for a magical fall evening of sustained, supported rest postures and assisted relaxation. As twilight descends, a special two hour Restorative practice will feature hands-on healing touch and curated Aromatherapy with essential oils.

Please wear loose, comfy-comfy layers (light pajamas are encouraged!), and feel free to bring a sleep mask, eye pillow, or favorite soft blanket and/or pillow for additional comfort.

Space is extremely limited for this pop-up experience so don’t delay to reserve your spot.

So are ya sick of seeing my mug plastered across your insta scroll sesh yet?! Last post for the week. Just me wobbling around on some rocks enjoying the last of the extra warm autumn. Thanks for all the love and a special thank you to our fearless leader, the boss lady, who has given me and all the incredible instructors these beautiful spaces and this platform for self expression. You’re a true dame, my friend. 🫶🏼 It’s been real and hope to see y’all around! 🕉️

It would be ideal to fill our personal worlds with only good affirmations- Abundance, ease, happiness, love, optimism, security, and simplicity. While we strive daily to balance the good as our constant, the truth is our lives can also be trickled with incomprehensible adversity. This is Bill, my late husband. He was unequivocally the man of my dreams and the absolute love of my life. I lost him in January to ALS and it turned MY whole world upside down. I’m not posting his charming cherub face for sympathy. I know what we had in our 10+ magical years together.(cue the Debbie Downer trumpet 🫤happy ending, promise) I’m mentioning him because he’s logistically part of the main reason that thwarted me to become a yoga teacher. Flashback to 2017, when I decided to take the leap and start Mission’s 200 hour teacher training.. I was a different man- jaded, irresponsible, had an ailing father, was a party boy (that much hasn’t changed).

Bill kept me going through those troubling times when thought I made a mistake in trying the whole teaching thing out. I’d always said that I make a much better student than a teacher and at that time, I just didn’t think I had it in me.. there were countless excuses/reasons to give up. I was talking myself out of it, contemplating quitting, and constantly doubting myself. He refused to believe any of that. He single-handedly uplifted me through my own anxiety-ridden s**t storm and then paid for the rest of the training which in turn forced me to see it through. (I married him less than a year later). The main takeaway I hope I’m convening is that he saw something deeper in me that I couldn’t initially see in myself with BLIND OPTIMISM. He bet on me, put his faith in me, and I guess it paid off! His kindness was unmatched and teaching yoga will forever be a sort of legacy he left for me. I’m still here today trucking away a few days a week teaching beautiful souls yoga and hopefully momentarily helping them through their own good, bad, and personally challenging parts of their own life.🙏🏼
