At Cold Bore Counseling, we often talk about the importance of movement—not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit as well.

Working out isn’t only about building strength or endurance. It’s about showing up for yourself. It’s about honoring the commitment you made on the days motivation is low and stress is high. Exercise teaches discipline, resilience, and patience—qualities that carry over into every other area of life.

But just as powerful as the physical benefits is the fellowship that comes with it.

All active participants, as well as Alumni, are encouraged to join us every Saturday from 12pm until 4pm for team building activities.

We’re Growing! ✨

Cold Bore Counseling is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) to join our team in a part-time role. This position will work primarily within our newly expanding female recovery housing program, supporting residents as they continue their journey in recovery.

As we grow and serve more individuals across the Greater NEPA community, we’re looking for someone passionate, reliable, and dedicated to making a real impact.
