The Havening Techniques are powerful tools that can be used to alleviate the consequences of traumatic or stressful events. Havening or Delta Techniques™ is a method which is designed to change the brain to de-traumatize the memory and remove its negative effects from both our psyche and body. These techniques have been developed and refined over the last fifteen years. Delia Windwalker (aka Feather) is a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner Trainer, in practice since 2019 and trained by the Rudens in 2018.
