NECK STRENGTH 101 💪
Neck strength plays a huge role in range of motion, headache reduction, injury resilience, and even concussion risk mitigation in contact sports.
This is one of the starting progressions I use with many patients and athletes as part of a comprehensive plan to improve neck function and reduce symptoms.
Exercises like this are commonly included in my headache and migraine protocols, where we combine:
