Hi, I’m Arlessa Wise.
I work with people who are in transition moments when something is shifting, but clarity hasn’t fully landed yet.
My work is centered on understanding your journey. I help people make sense of confusion by reframing patterns, separating who they are from what they’ve lived, and restoring perspective around their value and capacity. I also incorporate somatic awareness and sound healing when it’s supportive, helping the body settle so clarity can land more fully.
I don’t believe in fixing people, predicting futures, or giving answers that take power away. I believe clarity restores self-trust — and from there, movement becomes possible without force.
