I got treated with Halo Tribrid at UpXchange last weekend and I’m doing a little experiment with my healing process 👀

Moxi is great for the men looking for that first step in turning around their skin. The treatment is super subtle with little to no downtime, and nobody’s going to know you’ve done it unless you tell them 😜 You may be red for a day or so, and you’ll have what are called MENDS for a few days but they look like teeny freckles and fall off within a few days.

Okay but can we talk about earlobes for a second?

This is one of those treatments I genuinely get excited about because the results are immediate and people never see it coming. Earlobes lose volume just like the rest of our face. A new decade of life feels like the deepest breath.

I don’t know who needs to hear it, but 40 is it. There’s something about navigating the previous decades that make this one just hit different.

Grateful doesn’t even scratch the surface of what I’m feeling today - for all of it, but especially for the people that bring me purpose every single day. The grit it’s taken to build Skin & Soul is something I’m shamelessly proud of.

Two weeks after thread placement and this lower face/jawline is doing the most 🤩

Threads work beneath the surface to lift and tighten loose skin, and in this particular case we focused those efforts on the lower face. They’re made from the same suture material that’s been used in operating rooms for decades, and their safety has been extensively studied.

You might hate me for saying this, but I need you to stop chasing results in the wrong order.

One of the biggest mistakes I see patients (and providers) make is jumping straight to tox and fillers (which have their place, okay?!) without ever addressing their skin quality.

Filler enhances and tox softens, but neither of them address the quality of your skin. If your provider isn’t talking to you about collagen stimulation, laser treatments like BBL and Moxi, resurfacing, and medical grade skincare, get a new provider 😜

Be honest… has anyone ever walked you through a plan to address your skin health?

Everyone (including me!) is selling you BBL for rosacea because it’s one of the most effective tools, but I’d be doing you a disservice if I only talked about the laser.

Rosacea is more than a skin condition - it’s a nervous system condition that’s just wearing your skin as a costume. The flushing, flares, and reactivity are stress signals your body never learned to quiet. And no amount of BBL will fully hold if your internal environment is still in a chronic stress state.

Last weekend I joined my gal pal for a day of slow, intentional butter and bone broth making.
