While many Wish they could get a massage right now due to unimaginable stress and pain, or body aches please understand it is not safe. Even though you are unable to get a massage out of safety for you, the therapist, and everyone else that comes in contact with them and all of their surfaces; please note that there are other ways you can be practicing self care.

The best way to meet your daily requirement is to consume vitamin-rich fruits, vegetables and fortified foods but if you can't vitamins and supplements are better than nothing.
●Some of these may seem like weird things to suggest on a Massage Therapy Business Page, but you have to remember your brain is a very powerful organ. When we are not okay mentally, your body will follow.●
¤If you must go out for essentials please do with so without touching as many surfaces as possible. We don't realize how many things we touch including our own face subconsciously.
Wear gloves that you don't bring into your car or home or use hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes when out and wash your hands with antibacterial soap for 20 seconds when you get home.¤
--It must be antibacterial soap or disinfecting wipes or lysol, no wet wipes do not kill viruses--
🐕🐈🐴🐄🐷
Be safe with these around your pets or barn animal's. Bleach and lysol can be very harmful.
