Manor House recently hosted a Community Showcase for future residents! Guests had the chance to connect with senior staff and learn about all we do for our residents. Special vendors were also on hand to share helpful information on banking, investments, Medicare, moving, and downsizing. It was an informative and engaging event! 🏡✨📚

The Manor House Outreach Team spread the holiday spirit at Love INC of Mid-Delmarva! ❤️ They prepared 113 sandwiches for neighbors in need here in Seaford, Delaware, and helped sort clothing and bathroom items for the free thrift store. 🌟🤝 We’re so proud of their dedication to giving back! 🙌

As part of Tackling Hunger Month in October, Manor House residents and team members came together to support those in need within our community! 🧡 They collected non-perishable food items and essential supplies for individuals and families, all donated to the Food Bank of Delaware. Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference! 🙌

On November 6th, Manor House had the honor of hosting a powerful presentation by Bonnie Hall and Herman Jackson, members of the Nanticoke Indian Tribe! They shared a presentation called “Nanticoke’s Lasting Legacy,” highlighting tribal history and culture that spans generations of resilience, bravery, and determination. We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn and reflect together.

🏆 Fitness Champion of the 3rd Quarter!

Beth Lucas, aka “The Fish,” is making waves at Manor House! 🐟 She participates in water exercise, rides the cybercycle, joins group classes (loves dead bug, plank, bird dog, and stair climbing!), teaches Tai Chi Quigong Shibashi on Wednesdays, rides the MH trike around campus, and even competes in OlympiActs. She’s had her fitness assessment and continues to take full advantage of all the amazing opportunities on campus.

Great job, Beth! Keep up the incredible work! 💪👏

✨ The 2025 Acts Chaplains' Conference (Sept. 22–25) was a remarkable gathering that brought together all Acts Chaplains at the Corporate Services Center. 🙌

🎤 Outstanding speakers — all from within Acts, including several chaplains — delivered impactful presentations that stirred hearts and minds. 🙏

This conference not only celebrated the chaplaincy ministry but also reignited a shared vision for spiritual leadership across the organization. The days were filled with powerful moments of reflection, worship, and fellowship — a time of deep connection, inspiration, and renewal. 🤝❤️
