Yoga is my passion and I thank my maternal grandmother for informing me of the vast benefits of yoga. Upon seeing how much it benefited my grandmother, I decided to that I too wanted to help others and I became a Certified Yoga Teacher. I teach yoga to people of all ages and fitness levels.
