To our patients and community,
As most of you know, there has been increasing concern about the coronavirus (or COVID-19). Although there are a lot of things that are uncertain, we want you to be certain that we are working hard to stay updated along with the rest of the healthcare community to be prepared and available. No matter what happens, we are committed to you and to caring for your present needs as well as any new needs that may come.
If you are sick with fever, coughing, or shortness of breath and think it may be related to COVID-19 (you have been near someone or places that have confirmed cases of COVID-19). 1. PLEASE CALL THE CLINIC FIRST to discuss your symptoms and whether you need to be examined in the clinic or if we can guide your treatment from home.
2. If it is decided you need to come to the clinic, please call us again when you arrive and WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE.
3. A staff member will deliver a mask to your vehicle and direct you to the designated SEPARATE WAITING AREA.
If you are well, our usual waiting room is designated for you. We will still help take care of your usual needs.
If your need is not urgent and you have access to the portal, please message us through the portal, especially concerning refills. This will help us help you faster especially if phone lines are busy. We will have constant access to messages from the portal and will be monitoring them closely. We will try to address all of your needs as quickly as we are able.
Thank you for your patience as we adapt to take care of your healthcare needs the best way possible.
