🏅 The Jessica Ring Caregiver Award

Jessica Ring was a CNA who worked alongside many of our staff members and quickly became someone who held a special place in so many hearts. Though she was taken from this earth far too soon, the compassion, joy, and love she shared with residents and coworkers continues to live on through this special award.

Each year, we honor someone who carries that same servant heart and dedication to caring for others with The Jessica Ring Caregiver Award.

This year’s recipient is Logan Albright, Director of Admissions.

Logan is truly all things good. She loves the Lord, and it shines through in everything she does. She is the sunshine in so many lives here at TCR and everywhere she goes. Like Jessie, Logan preserves through whatever life brings her. Logan has been a pillar in our community for years. She is someone who brings kindness, wisdom, and a joyful spirit to every person she meets. With so many wonderful qualities and a heart for people, she truly never meets a stranger.

We are incredibly blessed to have Logan as one of our department heads. Her leadership, dedication, and heart for others make a difference every single day, and her joy is truly contagious to everyone around her. Our day isn’t the same without her!

We are so proud to honor Logan Albright with this year’s Jessica Ring Caregiver Award and celebrate the impact she continues to make in the lives of our residents, families, and staff. 🤍

A very Happy Administration Week to our Administrator, Heather Allen! 🎉💐

Heather stepped into this role at The Crossing earlier this year, but she is certainly no stranger to The Crossing or to Reliance. She has been part of the Reliance family for 8 years and has excelled in many positions along the way. Now, she is serving in the Administrator role, and TCR is so happy and proud to have her back home.

Heather leads with calmness, dedication, years of experience, and a fun, uplifting energy. She brings so much joy to those around her, and her spirit is contagious. Our residents and staff both love Heather and are so happy to celebrate her this week.
