Hey runners! Are you ready?!?

With just 12 days until the race. You should be tapering down your total run distance, focusing on getting good quality sleep (8-9 hours), working on your ankle and hip mobility, and gearing up for your race-day plan!

It’s also important to NOT LOSE intensity at this stage. So make sure to keep up your pace on a couple runs and get in some speed work like high knees! Maybe try a HIIT workout - but nothing too new for your body.

Trail running season is coming to a close, but we know trail runners and you’ll still be out there!

So with the weather changing and the rains picking up make sure you add these 3 exercises in to your weekly routine to prevent falls and ankle sprains!

1️⃣ Side planks with a hip dip for lateral core and hip stability
✌️Single leg hops in different directions for training reaction and speed
3️⃣ Heel raises balancing on one leg - see if you can to it without holding on!
