Trail running season is coming to a close, but we know trail runners and you’ll still be out there!
So with the weather changing and the rains picking up make sure you add these 3 exercises in to your weekly routine to prevent falls and ankle sprains!
1️⃣ Side planks with a hip dip for lateral core and hip stability
✌️Single leg hops in different directions for training reaction and speed
3️⃣ Heel raises balancing on one leg - see if you can to it without holding on!
