RISE is joining the herd again at at on Monday, March 2nd for FREE Injury Assessments just before the Monday night group run!

Got a persistent pain you're noticing during runs? An injury that's limiting your agility on the trail? Or just want to make sure you're moving well and avoiding risk of setbacks in your training? Our Doctors of Physical Therapy will be on-site inside the Brooks Trailhead store from 5:30-6:10pm to help you figure out what's going on and give you clear next steps.

What we're offering:

✨ Expert Q&A about pain, performance, and injury prevention
✨ Practical advice you can use immediately

From beginner to seasoned lifter, you will learn how to lift safely, dial in form, understand how to use your core to avoid injury, and how to take care of your body in recovery.

Whether you're new to lifting or already training regularly, this class is for you. CrossFitter and Physical Therapist Dr. Roy Parsons breaks down the fundamentals of primary lifts to build your confidence as a beginner or refine your technique to maximize your results as an experienced lifter.

is partnering with to bring expert-led recovery stretching to your Monday Night Miles routine. After the 6:30 PM group run, our Doctors of Physical Therapy will guide you through targeted stretches and cooldown techniques designed specifically for runners.

This isn't just generic stretching—we'll show you how to address the areas that get tight from running, help you understand what your body needs after logging miles, and give you tools to recover well so you can keep logging those miles in a smart way.

Whether you're training for a race, running for fitness, or just love the Monday Night community vibe, taking a few extra minutes for proper recovery can make all the difference in how you feel and perform.
