The under eye is by FAR the most delicate area to treat and also one of the most common areas of concern.

Why? Because the skin here is incredibly thin, constantly in motion, and the complexities around lymphatic drainage make any intervention a risk whether it be neurotoxin, filler, or other “trending” treatments.

There are no quick fixes in this area and many that we see are actually great surgical candidates.

Volume loss, shadowing, crepey texture, and tiredness show up here first before other areas of the face with aging typically.

This before and after was treated with a PRF EZ Gel series and then blending with Redensity (a hyaluronic acid) as at the final step to address the volume defecit.

PRF EZ Gel uses your body’s own growth factors to improve skin quality and stimulate collagen over time while the Redensity adds a soft, subtle hydration and structure to gently smooth and brighten.

The under eye requires precision, a deep understanding of individual anatomy, and restraint to new modalities that don’t have a lot of solid evidence.
