Beginning January 20, 2025 via telehealth / zoom:
Registration is currently open for the next 12-week intensive therapy program (liberation-oriented, relational, solution focused) which is intended for 4-5 adults in WA state who have been to or considered IOP but need a more therapy oriented intensive. You may have experienced complex trauma (also known as FOO, C-PTSD, PTSD); they may also be neurospicy (neurodiverse, neurodivergent, autistic, ADHD), BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S who have experienced chronic complex trauma by virtue of living in and experiencing our society, culture and institutions.

Group sessions will meet 5pm-7pm PT on Mondays and Thursdays for the duration of the program. Individual sessions will be scheduled at time that works for you. The first step for registering is to book a free consultation! We’ll talk about your goals, your questions and whatever else comes up. If you’d like to proceed, then I’ll provide you with paperwork and lock in your spot with a $150 deposit.

The price for the program is $4500 which breaks down to $75/hour - much more affordable than most other options. I do not accept insurance but I can offer a superbill to submit for out of network coverage and I can offer a payment plan.

Transcendence: An Open Psychotherapy Group for Gender-Affirming Journeys

I am thrilled to share with you a new open psychotherapy group that I am offering for all varieties of transgender and non-binary adults 21+ who are exploring gender identity, expression and more. This is a therapy group which will be relational and nourish the key requirements for a healthy sense of self in community – accurate mirroring, a sense of belonging and twinship, and people you can look to for wisdom along the way. We will also be empathetic witnesses for any traumatic experiences that enter the space in order to fulfill an essential ingredient for liberation from the trauma. Hi everyone!
I’m excited to announce that Registration is OPEN for my next 12-week intensive therapy program for people residing in Washington State! Groups will be held via telehealth Monday and Thursday 6-7:30pm from Jan 23 - April 13, 2023.

I specialize in working with adult clients who need more intensive therapy than 2-4 hours per month, and who benefit from a program that is fully online in the evenings.
The program is appropriate for anyone looking to improve their lives. This includes folks previously diagnosed with complex trauma / PTSD, personality disorders, emotion regulation disorders, dissociative disorders, substance use disorders and psychotic disorders. I welcome folks who have experienced oppression based on race, nation, gender, sexuality, neurodiversity, and more.

Program Structure: Small closed group cohort of adults. Process-oriented so that you know how to continue the process well after the program ends. Each week includes the following:
* Discovery Group focused on exploration/development of the self and skills for managing life and relationships;
* Experience Group focused on practicing and playing with new ways of relating to others; and
* Individual Psychotherapy to support you with your individual needs as you move through the program. (Option to use existing therapist for this via the Partial Package.)
