Enabled Health and the WA Dept of Health are throwing a senior wellness fair at Hudesman House (256 Hudesman Lane, Colville WA) at 2:30pm on October 3rd!

At the event we will have vaccinations for Covid-19 (Moderna and Pfizer), screening for fall risk, cardiovascular disease, and high blood pressure and more. Come join us, all ages are welcome!

We are Enabled Health. 🤝👩‍⚕️

We want everyone to have access to high quality and preventive care. Our goal is to provide care to elderly and disabled folks living with long term conditions outside of the hospital, through home monitoring devices, rapid medication titration, home visit assistance, and more.

We also work with patients’ existing primary care doctors, specialists, care providers, and families to improve health and strengthen the safety net for patients who have a hard time accessing the doctor.

Having a healthcare team you or your loved ones need to stay healthy shouldn't be a luxury.
