In our last healing circle I spent time sharing tips for regulating the nervous system and bringing us back to our hearts. The rose, and its essential oil, and even images, is an amazing plant medicine of offering. It nourishes our emotional body and connects us back to ourselves when we are needing remembrance for the joy of life again. Despite the thorns of life, it shows us how to relax, let go and bloom. Rose brings vitality and deeper witnessing, to our hearts desires, sweetness, wisdom, and why we are here (Ruh). Take a deep breath ~
