Quick WHA update: There are reiki circles at the Arbor Space Building on Queen Anne every other Monday evening. All reiki practitioners welcome, whatever level your attunement is. Reiki training is also ongoing; right now I am scheduling reiki classes when someone wants one. Let me know if you're interested. Times are flexible.
In other news, my skills at working with trauma recovery through soul retrieval , inner child meditation, and rescripting, have improved by leaps and bounds. I am excited about all of those modalities and also happy to combine them.
