A few potions brewing away! Juniper berries and citrus rinds. If you have organic citrus, don’t let those glorious rinds go to waste. Toss them in vodka and use those citrus oils for cleansing - your house AND your energy. But make sure you are using organic rinds. You don’t want to make extract of pesticides!

Nasturtiums! They are so magical! Did you know they are edible? The leaves and the flowers are so peppery and wonderful. They also make powerful medicine: anti fungal, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory and super high in vitamin C. You can drink them as a tea (but don’t boil the water or you’ll lose that amazing vitamin c) or use them as a poultice or (our favorite) as a tincture.

Grabbed some beautiful purple dead nettles from the alleyways - these lil weeds are seriously under appreciated. It’s a superfood- vitamin A, K, C and Iron and a great medicine that can be used topically or internally for allergies, inflammation and more. It’s going in our first aid balm soon!

How was that eclipse for everyone? We wanted to post a fantastic picture but all we got was rainy skies. But we sure felt it!!! This was an incredible opportunity to let go of past habits, thoughts, traumas, patterns that don’t serve us. Let go and lean into transformation under the flower blood moon. Here’s a picture of some of our homemade cleansing potions brewing in honor of letting go and leaning into new growth. You can make these at home to cleans your space both energetically and physically. Put (organic) lemon rinds and scraps in vinegar and transform that Christmas tree or solstice tree into piney protective and cleansing extract

Fresh raspberry leaf bundles off to dry on this - Raspberry leaf is a mom’s best friend (and best friend to all uterus havers actually). It’s an incredible uterine tonic, amazing for cramps and pms, great for late pregnancy. Feels really healing to be gathering herbs my grandmothers used to take care of their bodies when the courts are threatening to take away our right to get abortion care when we need it. (To be clear, raspberry leaf is not an abortifacient but - we will never give up our rights).
