For years, I thought more was better. More classes, more sweat, more guilt if I skipped a session. But all that “more” left me exhausted, stressed, and frustrated with my progress.
Learning to listen to my body and set boundaries changed everything. I realized rest and balance are just as powerful as the hardest workouts. You can still see results — without burning out or hating yourself in the process.
