Its that time if year again where I carefully reach for and pull out my covetted and very delicate 9th edition 1961 Carl Jung: MEMORIES, DREAMS, REFLECTIONS and re-read it.

Its something of a tradition now and it dazzles my soul beyond what I could have ever fathomed to do so.

Its a treasure; reading over again and revisiting the notes I wrote in the spine the years prior. Seeing if and how I have evolved, or not.

Carl Jung once wrote of a significant change in the ways he viewed that which was the present, something like that of radical acceptance; I thought it worth sharing and hope it finds you if you’re needing another way to help you along in your own journey:

Progress and healing are wild because if you let yourself then you just keep going — but if you’re SMART you check back in to remind yourself that this was your person once upon a time.

Remind yourself to not ever be so stupid again.

‼️As in so successful that the region is watching at schizophrenia is becoming eradicated 👀‼️

If we here in the United Stated quieter ego and chose to be curious about such potentially game changers in mental health, we just might see a major shift with people regaining their confidence and learning to trust their judgement again.
