Come join our Centerpoint team for our monthly events titled the "What Is?" Series.
Each event will explore a different modality of wellness through informative lecture, participation and demonstration followed by meditative relaxation. Bringing the mind, body and community together.

On December 9th @ 5:30pm we'll discover the Healing Art of Reiki, how to release the old and welcome in New Year with new intentions and goals.

Guided group meditations included Reiki infused relaxation designed to help you release tension, balance your energy, and return to a state of peace and clarity. You will be guided through mindfulness, breath work, and stillness. Supported by the healing energy of Reiki, channeled throughout the session to promote harmony in body, mind, and spirit.
