Together WE…. Celebrate… Educate…. Liberate!
Join us in reverence and celebration as we come together in unity for Seattle Black Maternal Health Week, a community gathering hosted by BLK Mamas Collective.
Each year, we join Black Mamas Matter Alliance and Black women across the U.S. for Black Maternal Health Week to promote and amplify Black maternal health, rights, and reproductive justice.
“Together We,” this year’s theme embodies the spirit of the wisdom, care and collaboration our families and communities put forth to care for Black Mothers and birthing people in our community. Current health statistics show, we are at our most vulnerable while birthing. Through the Seattle Black Maternal health week gathering BLK Mamas Collective, celebrates our community driven solutions and innovations that continue to save Black lives. BLK Mamas Collective invites you to join in raising awareness, fostering connection, and celebrating the resilience of Black mothers and birthing individuals.
