It is true – much of the population experiences perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause and knows little or nothing about it!
For many individuals, this stage of life produces minimal noticeable effects but for some, it can influence their mental health.
At City University of Seattle, our counseling students are skilled in discussing issues that come up during all stages of life, including those that are more difficult to talk about.
