Cheek squats! Try this face yoga, move for sculpted and lifted cheeks. Make a long narrow with your mouth, drop the jaw and then tuck the lips around the teeth. Hope your fingers over your cheeks and lift the muscles. If you can’t lift the muscles just think about shining the muscle up towards the eyes. Start with 10 and then build overtime to 20 adding a statical for 20 seconds.Do this consistently every other day and you will see a big difference in the cheek area it helps sculpt and lift for a younger looking you!
