This client was running zero miles because of debilitating hip pain. PT helped her out of the acute phase but she felt stuck when it came time to rebuild running.
What we focused on in Coaching:
• Full-range hip strength and control
• Low but consistent and progressive volume
• Planned down weeks
• A clear plan for flare ups
Now she’s training for the BOSTON MARATHON.
She isn’t a unicorn.
She followed a system instead of guessing ❤️
