They told me to stop distance running because of my hip. I didn’t listen.
Instead, I built a support system, followed a clear (doable) strength plan, and designed a run progression that met me exactly where I was — not where I used to be.

Was it smooth sailing? Heck no. (Flare-ups tested me more than once.)

That’s what this client asked me during our first call.�
Hip pain wasn’t going away. Stretching didn’t help.�She could still run—but not at the level she wanted.

She wasn’t ready to give up racing in her 40s, 50s, or 60s.�

So we started the EmpowHER Hip Program.
