🌿Spring Conditioning is Back!🌿
Spring in the PNW means it’s time to get ready for running, hiking, cycling, and long days outside.
Our 8-week Spring Conditioning Program is designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and resilience you need to feel strong heading into your spring and summer adventures.
✔️ Open to all ages and ability levels
✔️ PT-designed and led, so exercises can be easily modified if you’re dealing with aches or pains
✔️ Focus on progressive strength + mobility to support endurance athletes
✔️ Q&A time with our physical therapists at the end of each session
✨ New this year: Participants also get FREE access to our educational workshop, where we’ll cover:
• How to create your ideal training plan
• Fueling and nutrition for endurance athletes
• Choosing the right footwear
• Tips to improve your running form for better performance
