🌿Spring Conditioning is Back!🌿

Spring in the PNW means it’s time to get ready for running, hiking, cycling, and long days outside.

Our 8-week Spring Conditioning Program is designed to help you build the strength, mobility, and resilience you need to feel strong heading into your spring and summer adventures.

✔️ Open to all ages and ability levels

✔️ PT-designed and led, so exercises can be easily modified if you’re dealing with aches or pains

✔️ Focus on progressive strength + mobility to support endurance athletes

✔️ Q&A time with our physical therapists at the end of each session

✨ New this year: Participants also get FREE access to our educational workshop, where we’ll cover:

• How to create your ideal training plan

• Fueling and nutrition for endurance athletes

• Choosing the right footwear

• Tips to improve your running form for better performance

📅 Starts March 30/31

• Monday evenings at 6:30pm
• Tuesday mornings at 7:00am

🎿🏂Mid-Season Ski/Snowboard Conditioning starts MONDAY!!🎿🏂

We had SO much fun with this program, we decided that we needed to keep the party going!🥳

So…On January 12th, we begin Mid-Winter Conditioning!👏👏👏

That’s right: another six weeks of this program is right around the corner…and with a twist!

👉🏼As it will be mid-season (hopefully!) at this point, we are adding more of a restore/recovery component to help you ease those sore muscles after a weekend out on the slopes. Think foam rollers, mobility hacks, and lacrosse balls. Ahhhh…just what the doctor ordered…🧘🏻‍♀️🛀🏼🙌🏼

📣All levels welcome! You do not have to have taken the pre-season series with us to sign up for this program! And if you don’t ski or snowboard, you are welcome to join us. The program is perfect for anyone wanting to stay strong and active over the winter months!

A little more info on what to expect:

✅Programming designed by our Docs of PT and targeting specific muscles and movements associated with winter sports

✅Progressive six-week program with increased challenge during each week’s class

✅Cuing and modifications from our DPTs

✅Tips to stay healthy and pain-free this winter

✅A full circuit-style HIIT workout specifically targeting key muscles you’ll need for building stamina on the mountain

✅Mobility focused warm-up and cool down, as well as techniques to help you recover

✅Q&A with the Doctors of PT of
