If only it were that easy!! Sometimes we need to process why we have the fear, where it came from and how we can move forward despite the fear. I’ve definitely grown when I did what scared me despite all the uncomfortableness of it, but I needed to build some safety and security in my life first. If you are looking to face some fears, start with identifying your support people. A therapist is a great person to begin building safety with!
