Lead with curiosity and try to not jump to conclusions. Just because you feel/think somebody is coming from a negative space, doesn’t mean they are.

People shouldn't have to walk on eggshells or mask out of fear of being misunderstood and/or accused of wrongdoing when they are simply existing.
