I coached my last group CrossFit class at tonight. Almost 10 years I’ve been with this community. I’ve grown as an athlete and a person, as well as, had the opportunity to launch my physical therapy business inside these walls.

It’s bittersweet to leave something that’s meant so much to me over the years, but I’m also excited for the future.

If I’ve coached you over the years, you are invited to come say hi (and bye) this Friday at 5:30pm at Reuben’s Brewery in Ballard. It’s not really a goodbye. I will still be working within the Ballard area so you can’t fully get rid of me yet. 😂

Here are 3 exercise modifications that still build strength in the posterior chain with less pain:

1️⃣ Barbell Hip Thrust 
2️⃣ Isometric Mid-Thigh Pull 
3️⃣ Single-Leg Romanian Deadlift

👉 Modifying doesn’t mean stopping. It means training smarter so you can keep progressing.
