You’re still showing up.
Still training hard.
But something feels off.

Most people call it burnout.

And sometimes it is.
But more often—it’s a loss of direction.

So you do what most people do.
You add more.

More volume. More intensity. More days.

But that usually makes it worse.

Because burnout doesn’t just come from doing too much.
It comes from doing too much without a clear reason why.

If your training feels off right now, don’t just push harder.
Get clear.

We are excited to be hosting The Gymnastics Course seminar on July 25-26, 2026. There are no prerequisites for attending so if you are passionate about this subject and want to learn more about it, then this is for you. Great for coaches and gym owners!

This interactive two-day course covers basic, intermediate and advanced gymnastics movements in a lecture setting, with practical application following as participants and coaches perform all presented movements.

Regular Price: USD $650

FYI there is an EARLY BIRD 10% discount available up to 4 weeks before the seminar. The code is: EB10.

They (TGC) now offer payment plans as well so that you can attend for as little as $92/month.

Come join us for a super fun workout and most importantly to support some cutie cute pups! 🐶🧡 The shelter will be bringing some dogs over in between workouts that we can cuddle with and hopefully you can take home if you want to adopt. 🤞

All proceeds for this workout will be going to the Seattle Animal Shelter. It is a minimum $25 donation to register for a spot, but feel free to donate more if your heart desires. They could use all the help we can get them! 

How to sign up: Venmo Trysh-Malody your donation amount + noting what time you would like to attend the workout, either 9 AM or 11:30 AM. I will reply back with a confirmation. 

Please don’t bring your own dogs to this event as we want to make sure the shelter dogs feel comfortable. 

You can however invite whoever you want to the workout. They don’t need to be gym members to attend!

Hi friends! We haven’t hosted a workshop in a while, and we figured it would be a good time to do so now that we are done with all the Open festivities and have a list of movements we want to work on! 😜

For the first workshop we will be focusing on is the Ring Muscle-Up. It was amazing to see some of you whip through them during the 2nd workout, and also inspiring to see some people get to that point and attempt to get one. Anyone is welcome to come to the workshop. Whether you have never gotten one but feel like you should. Whether you have them but would like some tips on making them smoother. We will be starting from the beginning, focusing on correct form and dipping positions, and progress onward.

You hear that phrase a lot in fitness.

And there’s some truth to it. Starting is hard. Getting out of bed, walking through the door, breaking inertia — that part matters.

But showing up alone doesn’t change anything.

Effort does.

Show up.

Then do the work.
