Please don’t accept p**ping 3x/week as your “normal.”

Yes, WHAT you eat matters when it comes to healing constipation, but HOW MUCH you eat matters just as much 😱

So many women struggling with gut issues are undereating (whether they realize it or not), and it’s contributing to their constipation and slow motility.

Undereating means your gut isn’t getting the energy it needs to actually function properly, your thyroid (which is also partly responsible for how quickly stool moves through your intestines) is suffering, and you’re triggering a stress response in your body (which slows motility + contributes to constipation).

On top of this, when you eat less, f***l bulk drops, giving your gut walls less stretch to trigger peristalsis (movement of stool through your GI tract) and keep your colon moving 👎🏻

To actually heal your constipation for good, you NEED to make sure you’re eating enough calories every day.

Having someone by your side holding your hand through the entire process makes it SO much easier, faster, and more effective.

Trust me - I’ve seen so many women try to DIY it, spend $$$ on random supplements their favorite influencer recommended, try elimination diet after elimination diet, only to be left spinning their wheels and frustrated.

If you’re constipated and you:

👉🏻 have been pounding fiber 🫘
👉🏻 drinks loads of water 💦
👉🏻 and you maybe even went to the GI doctor, only to be sent away with a recommendation for Metamucil…

Then you’re missing something 📣

Constipation is NOT just a fiber and water problem 🙅🏻‍♀️

Most chronic bloating isn’t a “sensitivity” problem.

It’s a terrain problem.

Fix the terrain = no more bloat (and no more cutting out endless foods).
