How are you taking steps to reduce your fall risk this week? You CAN age without falling - prevention works!

When EnhanceFitness participants build lower body strength, improve their balance, and increase their confidence in movement, we’re directly reducing their risk of falling. And even if a fall does occur, stronger muscles and better coordination can mean the difference between a minor bruise and a major injury.

We hope to see you on September 24 for the Falls Prevention Day at Sno-Valley Senior Center! We will have two exercise classes offered FREE this day to any interested community members. Both classes are part of evidence-based programs shown to reduce Fall Risk in participants. This is a great opportunity to try a class and see if you like it!
