We're excited to hire our next team members for our group psychotherapy practice!
We specialize in relationship therapy, couples counseling, marriage therapy, premarital therapy, and s*x therapy, with some individual clients also receiving help for depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, trauma, and most of the other common reasons people seek therapy. We love our current team of 8, and we're excited to bring the right people aboard! We’re looking to hire 2 additional full-time, preferably but not necessarily licensed therapists to further expand our practice.
Position 1: Sessions in the evenings and weekends. (4pm-8pm weekday hours, and any day or evening time over the weekends, which can be flexible.) This is a full-time position requiring at least 20 client hours, which means booking at least 23 clients each week.
Position 2: Sessions in the daytime, evenings, or weekends. In other words, you have a lot of flexibility over your desired schedule. Please note that many clients prefer evening and weekend sessions, so these hours would be wonderful but are not required. Please note a few very important things about our practice:
Most of your caseload is likely to be couples/relationships, so please do not apply if you don't wish to work with a great many couples. Some of our clients are seeking s*x/intimacy therapy, so training and the desire to work with these presenting issues is not required, but is a huge plus! For now, these positions will likely be telehealth only, with the future possibility of a hybrid status, but this cannot be guaranteed. We cannot hire anyone who is not currently a Washington State resident.
