Liz MacDonald conducts sessions where you can gain information, help and advice to help you make your own decisions in life. This page is to help you create a stronger bond and to communicate and connect with your own angels. This site is not for free readings - the Angels have asked for this platform to share their wisdom daily with you through my ability to channel. If I do my job right, you won't need someone like me. I am not on here to solicit private reading consultations, but occasionally people ask for a reading. For the past seven years I have been working with the Angels to post on this page. I view my relationship with them as a partnership, and they wanted me to impart their wisdom to you. I believed by doing this page I was giving back to the process of all the support by the many many wonderful people who supported me during the 7 years I traveled the world doing readings and workshops.

Sometimes when you do something so regularly people stop being interested, what you do loses its value or becomes irrelevant. I decided to take a break and see what happens. There wasn’t much notice, so I have decided to discontinue the daily messages. I will leave the page up so you can see past posts, and if there is something they wish for me to tell you in the future I will post. Thank you, Liz.

Anger is not bad, just don't let it rule you. Control it, don't let it control you. We have been giving you ways to help you conquer it and manage your life with love and understanding. ANGEL MESSAGE OF THE DAY: When you do not get much sleep for a prolonged period of time it can make you go crazy. What was once normal can seem odd and your feelings of rage and anger come spring up. If you find yourself in this situation, tell yourself out loud that you are angry. If you're ready to not be angry help yourself by going to a darker room with low calming music, force yourself to be calmer. If that is not working, take yourself out of the situation and go for a long walk. Don't come back until you feel much calmer. May peace be upon you dear ones.

ANGEL MESSAGE FOR THE DAY: Finding yourself after an end to a relationship is not always easy. Love yourself, feel that love within you. You are already filled with love, you just chose to not feel it right now. Help yourself by beginning to feel your life again; feeling the sun on your face. It is in this simplicity that you will find happiness within that moment. Instead of searching for the moment of happiness or waiting for that moment to be brought to you, why not just always be in it? It is a choice afterall! Blessings upon you dear ones.

ANGEL MESSAGE OF THE DAY: Change implies you can go back, whereas transformation is a change so complete that you can not go back, like a hatching of an egg or baby being born. Fearing change is like not accepting growth or forward movement. Transformation is a development of the self for soul growth and evolution. ANGEL MESSAGE OF THE DAY: Keeping a friend when they really are not a friend, is like holding onto stale bread. It's ok to let them go, you don't have to keep someone around if you don't want to. Sometimes relationships just change; you grow out of each other or find you have changed and you don't have things in common anymore. It's OK to just let them go. You may find yourself much happier and lighter of being as a result. This can open you up to attract new friendships and people who are where you are today. Invite people into your life who do really care about you and have your best interest at heart. Blessings upon you dear ones.

ANGEL MESSAGE OF THE DAY: Hi**er is an example of a fear thought system carried out to the extreme. Fear systems have been throughout history, and the Holocaust only unusual because of its size. These fear thought systems have occurred all throughout history and all races and religions of man have been victimized or persecuted. Herein lies the separation of God. There are many fear thought systems growing today and the only way to stop them is by true forgiveness. Forgiveness is good for you and helps release the images you use to hurt yourself. Let us reiterate, forgiveness is good for YOU. It all starts with you. So be it. May peace be upon you
