On self-care Sunday, I share with you the best thing I ever did for myself… the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program!

Each year I joined the 40 Days to Personal Revolution challenge, I used the same trusty journal—and every year, my answers were different. Why? Because life is constantly changing, and this program is designed to meet you exactly where you are right now.

✨ Whether it’s day one or round seven for me, I always discover something new about myself. Same readings, same questions—but my mindset and life circumstances evolve each year, which means my responses and experiences evolve too. ✨

This isn’t just about yoga or meditation—it’s about creating space for real transformation in your life. It’s about reflecting on where you are, where you’ve been, and where you want to go. I look back at these entries, and it’s incredible to see the growth. 2023 was my first year since 2018 NOT doing it…never again.
