1. Examine Your Beliefs
Seth's Method: Identify and change limiting beliefs.
Step 1: Write down your most frequent thoughts about yourself and your life (e.g., "I’m not good enough," "Money is hard to earn"). These represent your core beliefs.
Step 2: Ask yourself, "Why do I believe this? Is it serving me?" Often, these beliefs are based on outdated experiences or external influences.
Step 3: Replace limiting beliefs with empowering ones. For example:
Limiting: "I’ll never succeed."
Empowering: "I create opportunities for success every day."

Tip: Use affirmations or visual reminders to reinforce new beliefs.
2. Create in Your Mind First
Seth's Method: Use visualization with emotional intensity.

Kelly’s sessions work for Children as young as 8-years-old through to Adults. Doylestown Hypnosis” in located in the Historic District of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Kelly is certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists and by the founder of Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), Dr. John Conley. Kelly utilizes a variety of techniques, (Rapid Resolution Therapy RRT, Hypnotherapy and NLP, EMDR, EFT and Life Coaching) to help her clients reach their goals. Kelly graduated from California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts, and is also trained in Neuro-linguistic Programming, NLP. She studied under the famous Psychiatrist, Dr. Brian Weiss who treated 1000 of his patients with hypnotherapy and wrote many best selling books on these experiences.
