Such through the flow of . The Sierra Madre Mountains have held a sacred place in my heart for many years now. The land is full of many different styles of 🦋 full of . Extra special to have my partner join as a retreat ! Plus, a lifelong friend, sistar, sound healer goddess collaboration throughout ! Many things to share about the retreat. For now on day five ten of us from the retreat went on a sunset paddle to Los Arcos to snorkel with the Bioluminescence. This was such a profound experience. Last today as we close out our stay in Mismaloya I found an arrowhead on the way up to our Amigos casa. I feel super blessed for this gift from the land, ancestors, Indigenous people of Mismaloya. AHO, OM, and Namaste

No experience necessary. Show up and be guides through time tested techniques that provide tranquility, a sense of oneness, and unwind your muscle tension with the ocean as your sound track.

Finding new swimming holes is my jam! First pic of yesterday, Sundays new find 40 mins from my house. Then 3rd onwards was from this past Sept out side of PDX. Can't wait to go back this summer.

The next best joy is bringing people to Mexico to be recharged, nourished, and uplifted by sharing the magic of the water and land there.

I am looking for the two people to hop on Return to Thyself in Paridise Retreat. Dec 9th-14th, 2025.

On Oct 4th, I turned 50! My Mom and brother flew from different states to join me in my celebration of life. Started the day off stopping in at our Ayurvedic Sangha Kitchari potluck. Then we went record shopping at Easy Street. Lastly, a house party with 50 friends. Look at all these lovely flowers people brought as gifts. Our house looks amazing even two weeks later.
