The overarching themes around these four components are empathy and self-empathy.

Nonviolent communication is described as a language of compassion and presumes that, as people, we all share the common desire to have our needs met – one of these needs is empathic connection.

This week, we are taking a break from our nonviolent communication series to share an opportunity to improve overall wellbeing.

So much of my clinical and coaching work is centered on developing routines that promote and ensure sustainable health.

Routine guarantees results.

All too often though, we find ourselves in patterns and routines that don't serve us.

Instead, they leave us drained and distracted from our goals.

These routines contribute to and perpetuate chronic stress, chronic diseases and burnout.

This week, we are taking a break from our nonviolent communication series to share an opportunity to improve overall wellbeing. So much of my clinical and coaching work is centered on developing routines that promote and ensure sustainable health.
