Making peace with one’s personal history often brings clients to seek counsel. Lynnea believes Hypnotherapy is an art form. Hypnotherapy can be one of the most useful tools for identifying problems. Once identified, in the spaciousness of the quieting of their minds, she suggests there is access to the creative space, with tools of transformation and insight, supporting new, aligned intentions for self-care, self-love, and the way of their becoming. On Lynnea's intake form, she suggests that clients will become more capable of meeting life situations with greater grace and making life-affirming choices. She believes in the ethic of assisting clients in finding their inherent wisdom through developmental assessments. With current and relevant information, the practice of using affirmations anchors new information that clients have identified, creating a new field of understanding for living spontaneously, congruently, with deep inner goal(s), and the life of their dreams. With practice and conscious awareness tools, Lynnea suggests that clients can course-correct in alignment with their personal principles and ethics.

Lynnea developed her unique style through extensive education and training, working in hospitals as a respiratory therapist, in complementary health care clinics, in medical massage, in psychological, spiritual, cross-cultural, and religious studies in chaplaincy, as an ordained interfaith minister, with mastery in spiritual care and counseling. Lynnea has worked throughout the Greater Puget Sound, throughout the USA, and internationally. Lynnea has designed and facilitated drop-in support groups, classes, workshops, and retreats: Using Loss as a Turning Point for Growth©.

Lynnae will be giving away the book, Growing Up Again: Parenting Ourselves, Parenting Our Children by Jean Illsley Clarke and Connie Dawson, to one person in attendance, in-person or online.

We look forward to meeting this Saturday from 10:00am to noon at the Green Lake Branch, 7364 East Green Lake Dr. N, Seattle. Joti Csikos will be presenting The Magic of a Transcendent Hypnotic Journey. In this talk, Joti will share a process she calls the Transcendent Hypnotic Journey—a guided inner experience where people gently go beyond the surface of the mind and begin to connect with what is ready to emerge from within. This work is intuitive, responsive, and deeply personal. Rather than following a script, the experience unfolds in real time, guided by what each person is seeing, feeling, and discovering. Joti will speak to what becomes possible in these spaces, and why this process often feels both grounding and unexpectedly meaningful.

Joti will offer a bottle of healing spray or free entry to an upcoming workshop to an attendee or an attendee online.

We look forward to meeting Saturday, (Happy Valentine's Day) February 14, from 10:00am to noon at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave W, Mountlake Terrace. Dr Anna Margolina will be presenting From Loss and Grief to Love and Growth: Hypnosis for Dealing with Death and Dying.

Death and dying are topics most Western people are deeply uncomfortable with. Whether it's their own end of life or if it's someone close to them, they don't know how to deal with it. Dr. Anna was fortunate to attend a presentation from a hospice nurse, who uses hypnosis in her work. When Anna started using the process she learned, she was astonished at the results. In this presentation, Dr. Anna will share this process and do a live demo.

NGH Washington Chapter will be meeting Saturday, November 8, from 10:00am to noon at the Greenwood Library, 8016 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle. Tina Worthey will be presenting Using Head, Heart, and Gut in Hypnosis.

Do you ever feel in conflict where your head tells you one thing, but your heart may feel something different? As a society, we have come to rely on what our analytical mind informs us - often not taking into consideration our other systems of intelligence, i.e., our heart, gut, and body. My favorite definition of hypnosis is from James Tripp: “ Hypnosis is the engagement of a person‘s beliefs and imagination and creating for them an alternative subjective reality.” When we get stuck in repetitive patterns, it’s useful to shift our perceptions. I have found that the head/heart/gut frame is a very useful tool in helping people transform their internal conflicts. In this talk, I will demonstrate how we can utilize the different intelligent systems we all possess as humans to more fully inform the daily decisions we make.
