New Moon Reiki

New Moon Reiki Teaching, providing, & practicing Reiki allows me to guide healing, peace & empowerment to others. Because of this, Reiki promotes healing and health.

Reiki (ray-key) is a technique that aids the body in releasing stress and tension by creating deep relaxation. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "the Wisdom of God or the Higher Power" and Ki which is means 'life force energy.' So Reiki means 'spiritually guided life force energy.' The Reiki system of healing is a technique for transmitting this subtle energy to yourself and others through the hands into the human energy system. Reiki restores energy balance and vitality by relieving the physical and emotional effects of unreleased stress. It gently and effectively opens blocked chakras, leaving one feeling relaxed and at peace.

Yesterday was such a special day! To my beautiful Reiki Level 1 students— congratulations on receiving your first attunement. It was truly an honor to witness each of you to step into your journey with open hearts and curious spirits. The energy we shared was gentle, powerful and full of light. As you begin to explore Reiki in your own lives, remember, healing flows naturally when we stay present. Trust the process and stay connected to your inner light. You are now part of a lineage that honors compassion, peace and transformation — and I’m so grateful to walk beside you. Keep practicing, stay grounded, and let your intuition guide you. The world needs your light. 💫

If you’re working on your heart chakra, spending a few minutes each day writing down what you’re grateful for can improve your mood and open your heart.
