🏙️ When we step outside Mirabella Seattle, we’re surrounded by history and charm! 🏙️
Within just a half-mile of our community, we can stroll past historic vessels like the Virginia V, a 103-year-old steamer, and the Arthur Foss, likely the world’s oldest wooden tugboat still afloat; catch a glimpse of the Public Storage building, which occupies the historic former Ford Model T assembly plant; and admire the Supply Laundry Building, with its towering brick chimney that once filled the air with steam and the smell of starch.
Modern landmarks like the Google offices make the South Lake Union neighborhood a unique mix of history and contemporary life. Every walk gives us a chance to explore, discover, and enjoy the stories around us.
📸 A big thank you to our fellow resident Elston Hill for capturing these amazing photos of our neighborhood!
