✨ I’m honored and excited to share that PNW Cosmetic Acupuncture is featured in a recent The Seattle Times article on integrative approaches to supporting people who experience symptoms of seasonal depression during the darker months in the Pacific Northwest.
The article went live online on December 19 and will appear in the Sunday print edition on December 21 — the winter solstice 🌑✨
It feels like a meaningful moment to highlight acupuncture, light therapy, herbal medicine, and individualized care during the darkest stretch of the year.
I’m grateful to be included alongside other local practitioners and experts, and to help bring attention to acupuncture as a powerful, supportive medicine for mood, energy, and resilience.

What I shared was that the collective focus of my doctoral research and work was on the prevention and treatment of the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder, specific to the PNW -which more accurately reflects my degree.
